General provisions

Wekter Helicopters aims to protect the privacy of visitors to its websites. All individuals whose personal data is processed by Wekter Helicopters must at all times be assured that the privacy of the individual is respected and that their personal data is handled with due care. We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. However, you can visit our site anonymously. Wekter Helicopters is the sole owner of the information collected on this site and we will not share your data with third parties outside of our organization, unless this is necessary to fulfill your request.

Personal data collected by the website includes:

Contact details – name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number;
Shipping details – address;
Transactional data – flight voucher order information, including booking preferences;
Technical and advertising data – IP address, device and browser information and, after marketing consent, Google Ads click identifiers (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) stored by the website only in the current browser-tab session.
Other information provided voluntarily – e.g. when contacting us via a form on the website.

Basics of data processing

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to provide services. We use your data only for the purpose of:

Fulfillment of orders and flight reservations,
Enabling contact and customer service,
Sending order notifications,
Improving our website and tailoring it to your preferences,
Fulfillment of obligations arising from legal provisions.
Advertising analytics and measurement using optional marketing technologies, including Meta Pixel and Google Ads / Google tag, on the basis of consent. This may include a submitted voucher-order form and, after the team confirms payment, a paid order reported as an offline conversion.

After marketing consent, Google tag AW-618467438 may be loaded. When a voucher-order form is successfully submitted, we register “Voucher – submitted order” with a pseudonymous transaction ID, value and currency. This event means that an order request was submitted; it does not confirm payment.

If the visit originated from a Google ad, a click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) is stored after consent only for the current browser-tab session. It may be included only in the internal sales message and is not sent to the customer. After the team manually confirms payment, it may be used to report “Voucher – paid order (offline)” to Google Ads. Conversion events do not include the customer’s name, email address or phone number.

Marketing measurement data may be shared, after consent, with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Google Ireland Limited. Some technology providers may process data outside the EEA using safeguards provided for by the GDPR. The session click identifier disappears no later than when the current tab session ends; a copy in the internal sales message follows the retention period applicable to the enquiry or order.

Without marketing consent, the Google tag is not loaded, click identifiers are not stored and the described events are not sent to Google Ads. You can change your choice at any time through “Consent settings”. See Google’s information about data use in advertising services.
