The helicopter can accommodate a maximum of four people - the pilot and three additional passengers. Unfortunately, there is no way to increase the limit of people in this type of vehicle.

How long can a flight be?

The length of the flight depends on the customer's wishes, we organize flights of any length.

Can children fly in a helicopter?

Of course. Additionally, at the passenger's request, we can record and share the flight using a spherical camera installed on board.

Can a helicopter land anywhere it wants?

Of course, we have specially designated airports and places where we have permission to safely land in a given area. In extreme situations, however, a helicopter can actually land anywhere where there is enough free space for this type of vehicle.

Is there a passenger weight limit?

The weight limit for a passenger is 130kg.

What is the process of booking a helicopter flight?

Reservations can be made by phone or email, specifying your preferred date, route and number of passengers.

Are any special documents or medical examinations required before the flight?

We do not require a medical examination or any special documentation other than your ID. We only ask that you inform us of any health issues you may have.

What weather conditions make it impossible to fly?

Flights may be canceled in bad weather conditions, such as dense fog, storms, strong winds or heavy rain or snow.

Can you arrange VIP or special occasion flights?

Yes, we offer VIP services and flight arrangements for events, weddings, corporate events and other special occasions.

What are the baggage rules on board a helicopter?

We allow carry-on luggage within the helicopter's dimensions and weight limits. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance.

Is the helicopter equipped with passenger safety systems?

Yes, our helicopters meet the highest safety standards and are equipped with modern emergency and security systems.

What is the policy for canceling or rescheduling a flight?

Changes and cancellations can be made in advance according to the terms of the contract. If your flight is canceled due to weather, we offer a refund or the option of rescheduling.

Is there a possibility of a night flight?

Yes, we operate night flights upon prior arrangement and in accordance with applicable regulations.

What are the age requirements for passengers?

There is no minimum age limit, but children must be accompanied by an adult. Please provide the child's age when booking.

Can I communicate with the pilot or other passengers during the flight?

Yes, there is a communication system on board that allows you to talk freely with the pilot and between passengers.

Is the helicopter air-conditioned and what are the comfort conditions on board?

Our helicopters have air conditioning, comfortable leather seats, and noise-cancelling headphones, ensuring a comfortable journey.
